There is NO reason IMO for any civilian to own a AR-15 semi automatic weapon which is designed for ONE thing. You dont take one out for a turkey shoot or sit in a duck blind with one. I really had my eyes opened up to Americans and their love of guns when I was in a Bass Pro Shop in LV a few years back. It just blew me away the AMOUNT of firearms on the gun floor. A three level store 2nd floor was nothing but guns both handguns,hunting rifles,semis,black powder. Even PINK guns for the ladies. Just something you dont see up here. I am old enough to recall when EATONS CANADIAN TIRE some Hardware Stores sold 22's ,shotguns plus ammo.
