The original legal stream is in the US for most illegal guns in Canada. There is a ban on legal handguns in Canada. It has not stopped the flow of illegal guns from the US that were previously legal there.

You do not have to buy a gun, just a 3D printer. There have been reports of these ghost guns made by the printers in crimes here in the US. We need a law down here, more like in Canada, but even though the NRA is bankrupt, there are plenty of gun backers and funding for lobbyists to help congress folks to back wild gun laws. so the killings and mass shootings continue.
You're wrong in so many ways. While legally acquired, usually in the States, they are illegally brought into Canada through organized crime. They call that smuggling and most of these firearms have their serial numbers ground off.
In Canada, there are very few stolen firearms and all firearm owners are vetted, trained in safe use and trained in safe storage. So I'm unsure of where you get your facts from, but I'd assume it's from Poly SeSouvient, who like Trump, make up whatever facts that fit their agenda.
The streets are saying the Tamils and Italians are beefing, it has to do with tow truck stuff. I know one Tamil dude that was shot not too long ago.
The South Asian theatre at Woodside Square is owned by Williams Tow Truck guy I think. That's why they keep shooting it up and setting it on fire.

100% tow truck war related. I met a guy months ago who is an “investor” of some sort of that bar. He was basically hyping up how great that bar is going to be. He hangs out with tow truck drivers so I am not surprised to hear this. It was bound to happen and if they remain open after this. The place will be a cesspool

While claims that the attack was linked to an ongoing war between GTA towing companies were circulated online almost immediately, investigators have maintained they cannot confirm a connection to the troubled industry, which police have linked more than a dozen shootings so far this year.
According to municipal documents one of the accused in the alleged murder plot, Balamurale, applied for a Toronto tow truck license in 2022."
