Are you really saying that simply identifying the sex and skin colour will break the case? The only leads would come from either a picture/video or from those who know what's going on.

Yes, tow for fixed fee on urban GTA area controlled access freeways as a way to try to reduce the wing nut chase to the accident tow truck operators. Has been operating this way for at least 2 years now.

I dont think CAA can necessarily do it all the time.
I had CAA and it did me no good when I needed the tow on the QEW.
I think that the deal is on 400 series, is fixed price tow and clear the road as quick as possible, with the first tow that will get you off the highway.
Reduces the delay and the chance secondary accidents can occur at the back of the slowed traffic queue.
Cant always safely sit on the side of the road waiting for CAA.
I dont know if CAA tow operators actually bid into qualifying to operate in the controlled access tow program.

When the Tow Zone law came into affect...only certain tow companies were permitted to hook it and book it...all as a result of the BS the Indies and 2-3truck operations were pulling on the hwy.
CAA can still hook up ..BUT in the case of an accident or a car in s live lane...they cannot..a disabled on a shoulder..yes but it's CAA call...if they feel they can't safely hook it(their safety.. not car occupants)!..then they will inform the MTO that they will not be attending
Edit: technically..the only company that isn't allowed to hook is any company connected to Steve Pulai (ongoing legal issues of fraud and kick backs)
