The AGE of Freedom 1965 to 1975. You could actually feel free and unjudged.
The Beatles & British Invasion; the birth control pill; women's and everyone else's liberation; lots of drugs; and a sense of collective togetherness in the anti-war movement.
You could grow your hair long; get drunk and high; lots of good job opportunities; and no one ever got in your face about anything.
The 10 years I'm living now from 10 years ago. Older, but wiser. And more importantly, more money to spend on SP's!
Will be visiting Toronto a week in June with 4k to spend.... (tips welcome by the way... into young spinners and Greek...). Anyways, I didn't have that kind of money before. And SP's make me very, very happy!
The 10 years our two kids were born and grew up...in the same period...parents and extended family were healthy. Things are still cool with the kids, but the parents and extended family are now gone and I miss them.
