Why would there be fecal matter? One would assume the only reason someone is using the drier is because they've already washed their hands, hence no nasties.
BTW, keep up the good work.
People touch the faucet handles before and after they wash their hands, I never use the sinks unless the water turns on automatically and I bring my own paper towels to wipe my hands and pull the washroom door open.
