Golfs would be a good choice, but it seems like Mark doesn't want to go too far off the highway. Golfs Steak House would be another 7-8 minutes off the 401. The steaks are great at the Charcoal Steak House, but so are the pork dishes like pigstails and ribs.

Yes, I agree that based on what I've read here, they do care about customer service. I prefer not to need to test there customer service, but even the best places in TO (Royal Spa, IT and HFH) seem to have built a great following based on customer service.
