Thanks for the update Donna. I can only hope that the new "Paris" you hired is not connected with the "Paris" from Sabrina's. She may have impressed one Terbite... but three others... including me... had terrible sessions. Your "Paris" may want to change her name if she's not the same person.
On a more positive note... could you provide us with an update on your new ladies including their description and schedule? PM if necessary...

I finally succumbed and returned a week or so ago. When I called to see who was on, Tia was mentioned. I remembered she was favourably reviewed earlier, so I booked her and dropped by. The Tia that greeted me looked not at all as I expected based on descriptions in the earlier review, but did look familiar. After a bit of prompting, she did admit to starting there as Jasmine, and I did see her under that name. I recalled her as being very nice and friendly, but just not my cup of tea. However since I had asked for her by name I felt obligated to have the session, with the same result as before - nice but not quite what I was looking for. I'm not certain why she changed her name, especially to one that was used by someone working there, unless I misread the earlier review, but I doubt it.

A couple of weeks ago, I went looking for the place somebaody mentioned on River and couldn't find it. Since I was heading to Oakville, Cambridge was on the way, and I tried Secret Moments. Of the three ladies available, Tia (I think that was the name) was the best looking and chose to see her. She has an exotic mixed/mulato look that was quite easy on the eyes.
Overall, I'd say that it was a pleasant experience. She's quite friendly and easy to talk with. However, a 45 min session with NR comes quite close to the cost of an hour incall, so some will question the value.

Today I called to see who was on, and I was told Donna/Taylor and Tia/Jasmine. So even though they have not responded directly here, it appears they are paying attention and providing the information we are looking for. You have to admire their focus on customer service.

Yes, I agree that based on what I've read here, they do care about customer service. I prefer not to need to test there customer service, but even the best places in TO (Royal Spa, IT and HFH) seem to have built a great following based on customer service.
