I'm not gonna disagree with some of your criticisms of Canadian hockey, but major junior hockey in Canada still has a professional environment that provides players an excellent path to play NHL hockey or any professional hockey for that matter... they play a larger schedule, many former NHL...

Five seasons is not enough to be put on the level of excellence... 14 players won two World Series with the Blue Jays are you gonna put them all on?... he was good probably better than average but a little bit short in the excellence category

If you let Google artificial intelligence do your thinking for you I guess he does have a point I think it's more important to have a better won loss record than a higher run differential...one means nothing and the other puts you in first place.
