I have a kindle and a sony ereader. I like the kindle but the sony is so small and light that it's my go to. Got it as a gift right after I got my kindle so I've never really used it. Actually, it's for sale if you are interested! It's just collecting dust, I've got the original box, receipt etc.

SSD FTW. It is the truth, the light, and the way. IMO, next to RAM, it provides the biggest bang/buck in terms of performance overall, not sure it would really come into play much with gaming/3d rendering specifically though...shorter load times maybe?
