DJK, you can't tell me apple isn't about advertising themselves ( as well)?

Install Linux on the system if it's an oldie. I'm blown away how Linux manages hardware with drivers and has things running incredibly well. Friend is a programmer and introduced me to Linux. While I still have and use windows 7 I may be persuaded to switch to Linux in a few years myself.

Speaking of "FORCE"didn't they change a cable for their iPhone and screw over a ton of their customers who bought docks, cables, etc? Really didn't follow it, but I do remember people moaning and griping on about it...

You honestly think they really give a crap about their users? Or do they put their own bottom line interests first? You have got to be kidding? No HDMI? That is a universal input except in the Mac universe. Only Mini Displayport to HDMI adapter says it all for me and quite a few Mac users...

Apple cares about Apple. They could really give a flying shit about its customers, only as long as the stores keep busy, that's all they care about. That's like any other corporation really.
