It definitely create a chaos of mental health issues.

Listen most of us here probably live in comfortable places and probably most working remotely... Yet the pandemic was tough.

Big part of the population are low wage workers, renting apartments, living with a whole family in a small apartments where the neighbors are scary...

Rents goes up, price of everything goes up, gas... What do you think happens. They go nuts. They used to have a poor but yet somehow enjoyable living. Now it's living hell.

The TTC are deemed an essential service but I'm sure steam is gathering among the rank and file for a general walk out citing the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.

Typically, white kids don't do this type of crime. Demographically more prominent with blacks. The court drawing of the 8 girls who swarmed and killed the homeless man showed hairstyles and appearances of black females. The swarming of the TTC workers showed all black boys running around. It's obvious but media won't describe them for feat of reprisals and law suits for profiling....but if it walks like a duck.

Sadly, I totally agree. The West has been in decline (not in linear way) for about 10-15 years. I don’t see a catalyst for this to change, especially in Canada / Toronto. I think people in search of a better life, should simply leave the country. It would take some planning and courage, but it’s probably the smart move!

I have to wonder how many fights break out because of mouth-breathers listening music or watching videos on speakerphone with no regard for others?

I thought that Airpods and Beats were these big status symbols? Hell, you could probably get a cheap pair of wireless earbuds off of Amazon. Though I did that once and they stopped working 20 minutes after I took them out of the box.
