I've seen Vancouver mentioned and it is my preferred city as well. Toronto obviously has more providers, and better selection/prices but I find that Vancouver is a better city for hobbying.

Only ever been to Calgary (and it’s been awhile). It’s a smaller city, so naturally has less than Toronto. LL is actually somewhat reliable out west , unlike the weird shit show it is here.
