Not a city but the country of Australia. It's legal downunder.
The US of course. NYC, Washington, Chicago, LA, SF. These are all great for hobbying. Very expensive though.
I used to live in Vancouver and hobby there. Selection is less and price per hour is more than toronto. Toronto is better than vancouver imo

No, I was with one Japanese actually. There was also a floor for all Russians. But maybe that meant Europeans in general.

Montreal is great, slightly more pricey. But not $$$ like the US or Europe.

Toronto is the best when you consider price and variety.
Toronto is not bad at all for hobbying but I do find the attractiveness of the sp's has gone way down over the years here in the gta
