Update: An autopsy shows cause of death to be blunt force trauma to the chest from being struck by the firework rather than the head injury.

With a group in a hot tub, a 'mortar-style' fireworks launcher was apparently 'mis-angled'. Everyone scrambled out of the hot tub, he fell, hit his head on cement. Ambulance was there in fewer than 5 minutes, to hospital, no good.

It's just unfortunate our (Blue Jays) season ended on June 26th.
