So now you don't want to leave because you like your property. That fine. You like spending time with family and friends and being a generous dude. That's great!
Now you just have to realize that in most parts of the world that's tougher to do than here. How protected and coddled we are.
And that success is no small part due to the stability Canada afforded you while you built things.

As I've ofter said, having lived through the 1970's and up where I saw and understood things, its just another phase in life. Inflation, stagflation, recessions, wars, Cold War, Covid, and more. Yet here I am, due to where I live, among the 1% of the world's population(it doesn't take much to get there really). Happy, healthy, free, pooning, on a giant island away from where the worst things seem to happen.

No you couldn't have. No infrastructure, corrupt government, no basic services place most of the world in survival mode. With oligarchs in a very real sense working against you. No real education, access to credit and banking, doors closed due to your family.

I'm 5 months to mortgage free, no real debt beyond that, a new SUV coming in April(paid for).
