Strange he got bail from the Tory provincially-appointed bail court judge and prosecutor. The 2nd set of offences are pretty awful.

I'm guessing a combination of no prior criminal record and some holes in the Crown's case.

No excuse. If these thing are happening, then the Courts are grossly negligent. That guy should at east be chained up in a fenced yard if the jails are full.

The next woman he rapes or person he assaults while on release should find a way to sue the Judge or something.
