I love that you posted a verdict that says trump sexually abused Carroll as proof of his innocence.
You really are special.
what was the verdict?..SA could be just an attempt to kiss or getting to 2nd base and got shut down on 3rd... funny how you keep throwing "rape" and when get shut down, you move the goal post.

Lets just start with the basics.
You proved and admit that trump is guilty of sexual assault.
(see if you can answer without a gif meltdown)

Correct?

again tweets are opinions...and tweets you post are untrustworthy...
No, xitter posts are not all 'opinions'.
Some are and some are quotes from sources.

Like this post lists what happened after a 13 year old pressed rape charges against trump and Epstein together.
Note that it includes reference to the court documents that support the list.

He's a one trick pony, that all he's got. If Trump shoplifted Franky would call it an armored car heist.
well for a guy who thinks Hamas is not a problem, we all know what goes through his head...

From 1973 until he was elected president in 2016, Donald Trump and his businesses were involved in over 4,000 legal cases in United States federal and state courts, including battles with casino patrons, million-dollar real estate lawsuits, personal defamation lawsuits, and over 100 business tax disputes.[1] He has also been accused of sexual harassment and sexual assault,[2][3] with one accusation resulting in him being held civilly liable.

In 2015, Trump's lawyer Alan Garten called Trump's legal entanglements "a natural part of doing business" in the U.S.[4][5] While litigation is indeed common in the real estate industry,[4] Trump has been involved in more legal cases than his fellow magnates Edward J. DeBartolo Jr., Donald Bren, Stephen M. Ross, Sam Zell, and Larry Silverstein combined. Many of the lawsuits were filed against patrons with debt to his casinos. Of all cases with a clear resolution, Trump was the victor 92 percent of the time.[6]

Numerous legal matters and investigations occurred during and after Trump's first presidency, some being of historical importance. Between October 2021 and July 2022 alone, the Republican National Committee paid more than US$2 million to attorneys representing Trump in his presidential, personal, and business capacities.[7] In January 2023, a federal judge fined Trump and his attorney nearly $1 million, characterizing him as "a prolific and sophisticated litigant who is repeatedly using the courts to seek revenge on political adversaries".[8]

You are lying about that ruling and you know it.
There is no NY charge of rape, so a charge of sexual assault is what happens to rapists.
This is completely untrue.

Rape is the charge under New York state law and was even back in the 90s.
The issue was the definition of rape, which is not the same now as it was back then.

Fine, post edited for legal clarity.

Which leaves us:
rich proved that a jury found trump committed sexual assault.
A judge in the appeal stated that it is legally correct to say that trump is a rapist.

Except that sexual assault does have definitions under New York law.

"Forcible touching" was also an option on that jury form you posted, btw.

Also, and I realize this may shock you, the trial had specific descriptions of the acts he was accused of, not a theoretical idea that maybe it was "just an attempt to kiss or getting to 2nd base and got shut down on 3rd"

"factual allegations" like I said, put Trump on trial, when he's proven guilty...I'd gladly tell everyone here...he should be impeached and jailed...I don't like throwing words like pedo or rapist...I don't even accuse Billy Clinton of rape and being a pedo, I'm just saying nobody says shit about him being on the Epstein island... maybe he was there for other business not for young girls... Joe Biden sniffing young girls or women's hair isn't an act of pedophilia either, it's funny but most granpas do that to young kids with no malice...I'm happy Trump won over Kamala...that's all...you melting down is just a bonus...

I'm not a lawyer and my knowledge of NY laws or US laws are limited. I'm sure there are reasons for that transcript to appear like that. the definition is vague but bottom line is rape was ruled out. Franky is melting down over it. What was the sexual assault that fell short of rape? I mean they didn't even put "attempted rape" in there. how did both end up on the location? maybe E. Jean blue balled Donald...like i said, we're not there.

Rape doesn't apply if Trump says the victim isn't his type like his ex wife
