Not a problem, but its done absolutely nothing to stop all the shootings in TorontoDo you see the Canadian requirement to register all restricted and prohibited firearms as a problem?

We certainly don't see the kind of mass shootings that we see in the US. So it works. Not a problem, but its done absolutely nothing to stop all the shootings in Toronto
Mass shootings no, but we see lots of gang shootings. We certainly don't see the kind of mass shootings that we see in the US. So it works
Pick a similar sized city as Toronto which would be Chicago which is considered a sister city.Mass shootings no, but we see lots of gang shootings.
Did you know that Miami has less gang affiliated murders than Toronto, despite being similar in size
You really think the guns gangs use are legally obtained, and would have been stopped by doing mental health checks??Pick a similar sized city as Toronto which would be Chicago which is considered a sister city.
Chicago has 5 times the number of shootings than Toronto
A lot of illegal weapons start off as legal weapons. Tracking will help reduce those numbers. You really think the guns gangs use are legally obtained, and would have been stopped by doing mental health checks??![]()
Yes.Do you see the Canadian requirement to register all restricted and prohibited firearms as a problem?
You'd think a claim like that could be proven with statistics, or something....Good. Then we are 100% doing something right.
LOL, I keep seeing this, as if it's a strong argument or something.A lot of illegal weapons start off as legal weapons.
No we don't. Do a deep dive into any of those "mass shooting" statistics and you'll see the majority are criminals with illegal guns. They're just don't lead the news cycle and they don't spend weeks obsessing over why a bunch of criminals shot a bunch of other criminals. We also do know there are far more non-gang related mass shootings in the US and those are predominantly conducted using legal weapons.
Nothing to do with political spite. You'd think a claim like that could be proven with statistics, or something....
BTW, thanks for inadverently admitting it has nothing to do safety, but political spite.
We still see shooting everyday and how are we population wise compared to the states? We certainly don't see the kind of mass shootings that we see in the US. So it works.
We do track people. All of our IDs, addresses, phone numbers, bank account info etc are with the government.LOL, I keep seeing this, as if it's a strong argument or something.
All criminals start out as law abiding citizens, but I bet you don't like the idea of tracking people before they've actually committed a crime.
We do in far less numbers than the US.We still see shooting everyday and how are we population wise compared to the states?
not because of the legislation you're talking about. We do in far less numbers than the US.
Yet you've got this huge problem with carding or voter IDs.We do track people. All of our IDs, addresses, phone numbers, bank account info etc are with the government.
Yes of course. They are different problems and therefore the same solutions don't work.Yet you've got this huge problem with carding or voter IDs.
LOL
Due to gun control, registrations and stricter access control.not because of the legislation you're talking about.
Yet you can't show how many of these firearms came from "legal" sources, even with a registry. Repeating it over and over again doesn't make it any less false.Due to gun control, registrations and stricter access control.
They are being tracked. Ever heard of serial numbers?A lot of illegal weapons start off as legal weapons. Tracking will help reduce those numbers
