I guess I shouldn't be shocked that someone who calls himself "The Oracle," would be so ignorant. But, while there is no agreed upon definition (at least in terms of the number of victims), a mass shooter is someone who kills or injures multiple people. So, to some, that could be two people, others think it might be four or more.
