First time poster. Curiosity got the better of me

I been seeing alot of women downtown walking around with no bra and tight shirts where you can visibly see the nipple.
Question for the women are you creeped out by this or do you welcome the glances and stares to your chest.

I welcome it and like seeing the differing nipples (poking out, pierced), but I also don't want to creep so what is proper etiquette for this?

Stare as much as you want as long as your not creeping them out. I think you will know pretty quickly if a women is going to like the attention or not. A couple years ago I was in London, England in mid September. They were in the middle of record-breaking heat wave - it was clear and sunny with 35 degree temperature for 10 days straight. Never seen so many braless women. Staring wasn't necessary. It was everywhere you turned. It was glorious.
