'' When the players learned that the alleged victim had reported the incident to the police, they allegedly threatened her to drop the complaint. ''

A blatant lie in the first paragraph....

You're Wrong...follow the testimony!

McLeod told her in a message the next day "A lot of people could get harmed by this, including you".

And what the fuck does that mean?
You think maybe her reputation would get ripped apart like these players?
What, teenage players are going to call a hit squad on her?
You're too fucking much man, your obsession with destroying these guys

Hey stupid...the point I was making is she was threatened the next day and it wasn't a blatant lie.

These guys destroyed themselves...

It wasn't just one message that he sent her. He hounded her with texting from 10 in the morning till 7 pm. Untill she told him what he wanted to hear. It just shows the power dynamic that could've been going on in the room.
Teenage players is what you're calling them ? Most were 20
A hit squad lol you're funny
Have you ever heard of teenage bullying ? There have been incidents of bullying on social media to the point of suicide.
There are many ways of threatening or intimidating someone

So if closing arguments end this week, the Judge will have about 6 weeks to prepare for decision day…there is a lot of evidence but going over the testimony of E.M and the players won’t be easy…

E.M answered some questions with a very confident “No, absolutely not” which was good but answered a couple with “that doesn’t sound like me”, those wishy-washy answers make it tough to wack someone with a sexual assault conviction.

The players weren’t great either with all the “memory loss”, remembering things that help them but not the ones that harm them…McLeod lied in the police interview, Howden did the “memory loss” thing 18 times in regards to not remembering answers to questions that he previously answered and Carter Hart didn’t seem very trustworthy to me, he said “if anyone showed her disrespect I would have put an end to it”, Hart apparently got 2 blowjobs but only remembers one…the players say they were too drunk to remember but say she was sober.

It’s a tough decision…

Howden's memory loss I'll excuse...I think I read where he was out for 9 minutes after this.

The players are going to walk..There is reasonable doubt here.

Dillon Dube, Cal Foote ,Carter Hart were 19....Alex Formenton was 18.
My mistake. I was also thinking of all the other men in the room , like Brett Howden , Tyler Steenburgen
My point is that there are other ways to make someone feel threatend rather than just physically, especially in today's world

Hahaha...you give Howden a pretty easy pass, he did remember what he needed too, just 18 times he couldn't remember the bad stuff...c'mon, you can't really believe that it was the concussion that caused it and not him purposely doing "I can't remember" 18 times to do the players a solid.

Nothing bad happened thou..if it did Carter Hart would have put a stop to it...

Its not a tough decision to me. There's no evidence to suggest that E.M. was too drunk to consent. There is no evidence she was held there against her will. There is evidence to suggest that she initiated the sexual contact but then had regrets when she sobered up.
The judge ruled that Howden wasn't feigning memory loss. He's had zero contact with any of the players involved since 2018 so its not a case of him deliberately covering up for his buddies. He's also on record saying that any previous statements he made to investigators in 2018 and again in 2022 he stands by. Is there anything in his statements that is damning, I don't believe so.

Here are some thoughts…
-how can the players say they were too drunk to remember but insist she wasn’t?
-if she had regrets when she sobered up tells me she was drunk when the activity went on, you don’t sober up from being sober
-no one not even her said she was held against her will but submitted to them because she thought it was the safest thing to do…much like the victims of Mike Tyson and Kobe Bryant.
-her lying they’re naked saying “who wants to fuck me” is not consent. She can flirt, chirp suggest and tease all day long. It is not consent for everybody to do anything….I didn’t read any consent for back to back to back blowjobs, dropping your shorts and waving your dick in her face is not consent
-Carter Hart said he saw her take Forminton by the hand and lead her into the bathroom while Howden testified he was talking to Farmington outside the bathroom with her in it. Howden cannot consent for Forminton to go fuck her…I believe Carter Hart lied almost every time he spoke
-Howden is definitely covering up. You don’t forget an evening like that and he forgot about 18 details that he previously gave in a statement. He remembers the good details for the players, but forgets the bad details that implicate them.

I wouldn’t be surprised at a mixed verdict…some convictions and some acquittals.
