I don't always vote for one party. I'm not a loyalist type. I clearly stated pre election that I had problems with Carney as a private equity guy. And that the Liberals needed a spell out back of the woodshed and a general housecleaning. That the Conservatives needed a turn. And that a healthy democracy should always have an opposition ready to take over.Says the guy who tries to convince everyone he votes Conservative but doesn't.
What are you trying to pull exactly?
The problem is the Conservatives have not been attracting and electing leaders the people of Canada want at the Federal level. Meanwhile at Provincial level they have won several. So it's not a "voter" problem(it never is) with the party or conservative policy. It's a leadership and trust issue. That is the obvious conclusion.
What you won't acknowledge is at least fiscally Carney is considered in many ways Conservative. The dude is a Central Banker and Private Equity CEO. How can he not be? I think the major issue with the Federal party is a perception of Conservative Social policy. They need a leader who can get over that hump before a real win can happen.
