I also reckon the only way he does not profit is if he never uses the plane. I may be wrong on this - but are there other scenarios of how the USA gets this plane but Trump does not profit? Does it airlift sick kids? Is it solely used to fly home troops (again, if the troops are in sensitive areas, the plane would need to be stripped almost down to the studs).

Anyhow, I'm open to thoughts here but I'm stumped.

Second, it is not truly a "free" plane. To make the 13 year old plane viable you'd have to sweep it for bugs (which means tearing it apart), you'd have to retro fit secure communications and countermeasure and all sorts of changes that would add millions to the cost of the "free" plane, and would take a year or three to complete. No way the US Airforce accepts it as is except as a museum piece or they lease it to private airlines. But certainly no govt activity. Moreover, Trump approved the building of 2 Air Force One's in his first term that will be complete before he ends his second term - costing (i believe) 5 billion - money that was spent already.

The right wingers here whine that Trudeau was corrupt, but even Mulroney just took bags of cash from airplane manufactures, neither did anything so blatantly corrupt as a $400 million bribe as a plane.

What about Ivanka being gifted those 18+ Trademarks by the Chinese Government? Why is this being concealed under the rug as to how many millions it has benefited her?
How about Kushner's $2 Billion+ in so called investments by The Saudi Government? No wonder that Trump once again rushed to pay his first foreign visit in Saudi Arabia. Not to mention how many millions he has benefited from the LIV Golf rights to his Golf Courses.

Now as usual the righties are desperately trying to defend the hundreds of millions of dollars Jet gifted to Trump by the Qatari Government.
But we know that the Jet would have to be stripped down and refurbished to bring it up to The Security Protocol Standards as an Airforce One Aircraft and that would cost a fortune.
No wonder that this jet that was put on the market in essence could not find a buyer. Even some of The Republicans have opposed this bribe!!
