The agency did not expand on who had made the request.

I've seen a video of him beating down a woman in a hotel lobby, so he's definitely a POS (he should know that it's only allowed in sanctioned fights and he has to claim that he's a woman for it to be okay), and has likely done worse behind closed doors.
But I've not followed the case nor the evidence. If he's guilty of other crimes, it'll have to be taken up in court.
"Diddy parties" or "freak offs" are not unusual in Hollyweird.

I will agree with you on Diddy being a POS, no argument from me, but Tate has agreed to doing the same. The words keep coming out of his mouth, yet you will stand behind Tate but not Diddy. Brand denies it but does have more than one woman claiming he's a POS. I would understand someone backing up Brand til convicted, even though I think he's a POS but Tate and Diddy, it looks bad defending these two POS.

If he did in fact do the crime, shame on him and he should rightfully rot in a cell. There is, however, a lot of political motivation and money in wanting to "take him out" that has me suspicious if these allegations(?) are true or not.
I was referring to Brand specifically, but the same could be said true about the other two.

Oh yeah, he's likely cheated on her a ton as well. Still, just because I don't think hes a great person that doesnt mean the accusations against him are true (although, they might be).
The Justin Theroux documentary in 2023 with the Sarnia comedian Katherine Ryan was interesting. She talked about how there was a sex pest in the UK comedy and TV industry - but she wouldnt name names in the documentary. But it came out shortly afterwards. It shows a long running pattern of predatory behaviour.....

He's no longer under house arrest, but I hadn't heard anything about it falling apart other than from Tate's lawyers and fans, who aren't exactly trustworthy sources.

An appeals court in Romania ruled Thursday that the human trafficking case against influencer Andrew Tate, his brother and two Romanian women cannot go to trial because of multiple legal and procedural irregularities on the part of the prosecutors.
The ruling comes two years after Andrew Tate, 38, and his brother Tristian Tate, 36, were arrested, along with the two women. The four are accused of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, and Andrew also faces an additional rape charge.
The decision by the Bucharest Court of Appeal is a huge setback for Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, but it does not mean the Tates and the two women walk free — the case has not been closed, and there is also a separate legal case against the brothers in Romania.
The court effectively returned case to the prosecutors, who can now bring forth new evidence to back up their charges, or amend and change the existing ones. In November, the same court gave prosecutors five days to amend their case file or withdraw it.
