Insecure - I don’t think so. He’s a smart guy - had a Chess champion for a dad. He says things people don’t like. Too many people these days write off lack of empathy as dumb or insecure because there is no other way to ridicule that. He’s also a great fighter and has lots of money. The largest recipients of DEI benefits were white women.

Just take a look at Trump's EOs and how many of the anti-woke EOs have been blocked by courts already.
Not to mention, "governing via executive orders" really means nothing until they become laws or constitutional amendments.

When there is a deficit like the one we have now, we cut this bullshit out first. If America was a person, they would be bankrupt. You would stop spending on luxuries, you would stop your charity contributions, you would replace your meals with cheaper options, etc. Yet we increase our spending every year (I’m not talking about natural increase due to existing population growth) on garbage projects that so far I see were diverted to needless things and having letting as many people in as we did. He has the power in all branches of government right now to amend the laws. It will happen whether you like it or not. My tax dollars were diverted to this shit. I should have just withheld and contributed maximum to the charities I wanted to reduce my taxable income. It wouldn’t have gone to all this garbage!

Government spending is very essential and it is what ensures your standard of living.
Yes he has the senate, the house and the supreme court.
But I don't see him passing laws or making constitutional amendments.
He only passes EOs and the social/cultural EOs are blocked in courts.
But mind you those are all distractions.
The real change is in what Elon is doing.
Without oversight, without accountability he is gutting agencies that were established to protect consumers.
Inflation is high, your interest rates are high and your prices of even eggs and groceries are high.
As a consumer yourself, you are cheerleading your own decline.
You may be arrogant today that you are possibly a 6 figure salary earning successful MBA on wall street lol.
But it can all change in a blink of an eye like it did for many in 2008 and then you will be looking up to these federal agencies that wont be around any longer to help you.
We were already in massive decline. We should have crumbled during Covid but the government just kicked the ball forward. We need to drastically cut spending and agencies. It won’t but if hurts me then so be it. I will have to plan accordingly to minimize the impact. Elon is cutting a cancerous tumor out and he needs to take the risk to maybe cut too much to make sure it doesn’t come back. I fully support what he is doing. If an agency has billions of funds diverting to causes that don’t help the broader population, cut the whole thing out and start over.
