1) It's the Lounge and she wanted to vent. If her venting worked as a PSA for even one lurker it was a 'win' for everyone. Johns and sex workers are fellow travellers at the end of the day.
2) She didn't blanket accuse her clients of being dirty and disease ridden, just (rather disappointingly) more of them than one would hope. That's a very common complaint from sex workers, and the given situation was 'extreme'.

It's not like there aren't a bunch of men here that feel the need to vent about this, that, or the other thing. At least when a sex worker vents it often has PSA value, or otherwise provides insight from the other side of transaction.

I don’t give a rats ass about anyone that thinks they can have questionable “warts” on their private parts and expect anyone to go near that just because they exchanged currency. It’s absolutely unconscionable!
Most SP’s are already taking a chance being in the business. To me, to be successful and safe you have to be intelligent, aware and always trusting of your spidey senses.
