True, but the uproar in the US was about US troops, not the idea of forcibly resettling Palestinians.
Even in Israel, there is significant opposition to the idea in the government. Netanyahu and his crew have made statements but he is Prime Minister, not a president who can bombard the country with executive orders. He also doesn't have a majority in his government right now and is only holding on because opposition parties are playing too nice in a time of war to force a non-confidence vote.

What a surprise. You're complaining Trump wants to do exactly what he said before the election in having Israel "finish Gaza" but you were too busy swallowing the disinformation that Biden was the one actually committing genocide.
Any rational, honest, or moral human, even those strongly opposed to Israel's actions since would have to admit that Hamas' attack was disgusting and counterproductive. Thankfully we have Frank to offer a counterpoint.

You gave an estimate the other day that 600,000 have now been killed in Gaza. Well, that is off by 15X according to Hamas themselves.
15X hamas soldiers means that there were 300,000 not 20,000. That is the value of estimates.
I'm pretty sure that pretty soon after the 7th I posted that Israel was put in a no win situation. After Hamas' actions which mainly targeted civilians, it was clear that their practice of 'mowing the grass' and slowly improving conditions in Gaza was not capable of stopping Hamas. That left them either allowing Hamas to get away with it making them look weak and still having to bend the knee in negotiations for the hostages or striking hard at Hamas who would be deeply embedded in the civilian population. And for Hamas, who has made clear that their goal of destroying Israel being more important than conditions in Gaza, either one would be a win. The only other option I could see is worldwide action to defang Hamas but Israel has too many enemies and both Russia and China have too many pawns in play geopolitically to let that happen.
As for what's wrong with AJ? Other than being state run media for a country with a horrible human rights record and actively playing games for regional power, nothing.
