Condo caught on in Richmond BC

It would be hilarious to set up a cam and record all the guys that approach the sign, and then turn back and leave 
Poor Opal. She is probably wondering why so many people are canceling.
On a phone it`s doable. That makes me think about 2 things:
1. BC will soon adopt a law like Quebec 101 once they get fed up with signage only in Mandarin.
2. There was a very popular condo building in Montreal with a similar sign. They also made you appose a signature at security for each visit. I always signed 'Guy Lafleur' haha I knew that this famous hockey player was also a 'chaud lapin'
So basically no FWB or NSA.
So if a person has a FWB on Monday, then on Tuesday NSA acquaintance, Then One night stand on Wednesday, and Cleaning Lady / men on Thursday, ( or could be the Nurse, Nun, Priest ) can they be reported to the RCMP?
And the resident relaxes Friday to Sunday.

So what exactly would happen? They take a picture of guys entering the building, maybe even a particular unit, then send it to the RCMP. And the RCMP does what?
I think its more of a threat then anything else. Doubt the RCMP cares what goes on there
Nothing but a pointless threat. In order for a guy to be charged, the police and Crown would need to show proof that money was exchanged for sexual favours or else the charge will 100% fail if tested in court. Kind of hard to do when the transactions take place behind closed doors. I am not even aware of any johns being criminally charged under the current laws in Canada.
RCMP won’t care about the individual photos but with enough complaints, they will send info to the local police and local police will do something about it. Probably not charges, but extra police pressure by hanging around more, etc.
If they feel underage girls are there, they may make a deal with management to use an apartment for a sting.
Who knows - but this tactic of the sign will work with some guys. They will leave when they see it and make it harder for the girls and therefore hopefully pressure the girls to move.
