There appears to be a considerable discrepancy in the reports deaths in China. I think this pandemic was much deadlier. Mostly due to how crowded it is, the Chinese New Year travel that massively spread it, and lack of reaction by the govt.
It was widely accepted that both China and Russia were lying about their numbers.
There were other places where people felt the numbers couldn't be trusted, but more through flaws in the reporting and data gathering than through active deceit.

Anyone who uses the term "natural immunity" is simply admitting they have no idea how the immune system works.

And the argument is the same as saying that catching malaria is the best way to become immune.
Malaria is caused by a parasite, so that's not a great example.

So, while that was a factor, look at the timeline. Chinese new year was end of January. That's when all the expats went home, traveled around the country. Then returned while it could still be incubating. There is a large Chinese work force in Italy, and that's when it hit Europe first. Then it spread due to Eurozone borders.

Look it up. I was actually following this beginning of January, because I had booked Vegas for Superbowl. I went. But I saw something coming. Actually stocked up the pantry and house and freezer. Even had a bunch of N95's on hand from some renos
Regardless China kept it hush hush until it was too late.

Thanks. What a surprise that it's a "low confidence" which the NATO standard translates into English as " Inconclusive evidence (limited sources, extrapolations, inconsistent findings, poor documentation and/or methods not tested, etc.), disagreement or lack of opinions among experts" and a statistical likelihood from 0.5-0.33.

I wish the anti-science crew occasionally tried to understand the words they were posting.

And again, I don't doubt the possibility and no one serious in the scientific or intelligence community thinks otherwise but the 'evidence' supporting it is not convincing.

I know people who had covid and still had to get vaccinated for work to travel or even eat in a restaurant.
Wow. You mean people in different jurisdictions had different rules? there was also a huge difference in restrictions in April 2020 and April 2021.
