The are illegal to Americans. Legally they are migrants because Biden let them invade the country. It was wrong for him to have done that but the democrats were banking on a guaranteed victory. Now all these people will get sent back. It could’ve all been avoided.

Nobody wanted this and that is why it was a hot topic during the election cycle. Many are not seeking asylum. The King of England could have come across and all he had to do was check that he was seeking asylum. Technically many of them broke the law by lying, so maybe they are illigal immigrants. So by breaking the law by lying on your status, you are illigal.
Regardless of what we think, many have been tracked by their apps and will get sent home this week or housed at the Mexican border until further instruction. Thankfully due to trade fears, many of the countries where these people are from said they will take them back. This is good news for them, as the next best option was to ship them to the Congo.

This did not happen.
When migrants present to the border, they are taken to a processing center.
There their cases are heard and if they dont have an asylum case they are slated for removal.
The majority are removed and they were removed even under Biden.
The ones who are paroled are families and children, people who seek asylum.
None of this is illegal.
These removals have to go through an immigration court.
