Unfortunately as long as the Israeli right wing is in power, there will be no peace in the region.
Palestinian and Israeli violence, are a vicious circle that feed each other.

I think they don't get all the hostages back untill they withdraw and egyptians take over the philidelphia corridor no? We shall see if Don was lying to Hamas, its highly likely. But did he then also ly to Qatar, Egypt and the Arab world? If he did then he has probably blow this presidency already.

That works both ways.
Palestine is nothing but pure evil.
Palestine has a right to exist as much as Israel does.
Both peoples exist whether anybody including themselves wants it or not.
And both sides have "pure evil".
Israel is not an innocent who "only retaliates" in this conflict.
They have directed plenty of atrocities and massacres towards the Palestinians just as much as the Palestinians have towards the Israelis.
If you had no skin in the game, either ethnically or religiously, like me, it is impossible to take sides.
You just have to acknowledge it is a messed up place, a messed up conflict that will never end.
There is no solution.

Trump did nothing here.
Apart from tweeting a childish threat on Truth Social.
His envoy was read in, and sat in on the negotiations because it is part of the transition.
Trump is not capable of resolving this conflict.
He has 2 brain cells.
He uses 1 to tweet and the other to yell into the camera.

Well this deal was there for months. The envoy actually flew to Tel aviv and force Bibi to agree, so its not true he did nothing. He is the one that pushed it over the line. What happens next is anyones guess.

Until the Palis and their supporters are really able to cause substantial pain to Israel or the world wipes out Israels economy, there will be no peace. THis is another battle in a long war. There will be no peace. Just a pause in the killiing.

He flew there because it was in the middle of the transition.
The ceasefire plan was entirely the Biden administration's, and the negotiations had been ongoing since May.
The phased plan was not Trump's idea at all, as it had all been previously disclosed.
We all already knew that there was going to be a 3 phase plan.
I am sure Netanyahu is clever enough to also realize that there was going to be pressure from Trump's side to make him look good on inauguration day.
So I wouldn't attribute it to Trump at all.
Just a natural consequence of the war - it was high time a ceasefire deal was reached.

That is not going to happen.
Unless the US fails as a state which is not going to happen atleast for another 100 years lol. (I say 100 because if the Americans are dumb enough to keep electing someone like Trump, they might hasten their fall lol).
So the best option would be for both sides to cut their losses and agree to a compromise.
It will obviously heavily favour Israel though.

He flew to Qatar, then he flew to Tel Aviv on his own to gain Bibis agreement. That was all him. The current admin did not even participate in that part. Bibis staff did not wanna meet because it was the Sabbath and he told the staff he is coming and he expected Bibi to meet him and he was not interested in the Sabbath.

Well Netanyahu would have already known that there will be pressure to make Trump look good on inauguration day.
He would have already had a plan ready to make him look good, himself being right wing and all.
This is not a "resistant" Bibi, who was somehow arm twisted or otherwise convinced via brilliant diplomatic maneuvering by a Trump envoy.
It was a combination of factors and timing.
The plan Bibi agreed to was Biden's. Not Trump's.

Yes but he did not agree to it until now. And yes its likely all political theatre. But if the war restarts then Bibi would have lied to Trump, and they may spin it as Hamas violating the ceasefire but somehow I feel that is much harder to do now. But who knows I have friends that are quite smart that still believe everything they read on Apple news.

So my statement was wrong but wiping out Israel is ok with you.

I said substantial pain or wipe out the economy. Not Israel. They killed the last prime minister that was serious about peace, and now they are openly fighting a war of extermination with full public support (over 80%) so whatever happens they brought it on themselves. They took themsleves into a war of annhilation with 550:5.5 odds against them, Kinda like the Jews that fought the Roman Empire. History informs them, they choose to ignore it,.
