I believe when squeeze was basically told to pay attention to his own back yard that Canada was falling behind for an extended period of time, he said don't you worry about the Canadian economy it's just fine. We've been telling him it wasn't cyclical it was structural. The problems have been festering for a long time.

Now squeeze and others don't even want to talk about Trudeau and the Liberals.
The economy is fine.
Inflation is way down, unemployment is up.
The deficit within range of the rest of the G20.

Homelessness is up, but that's being dealt with federally through immigration cuts while the provinces screw up massively.

Like Poilievre or not, he is articulate and expresses clear ideas on how to improve the Canadian economy. I find it strange that progressive Canadians say he's void of policies. It's one thing for people to say they don't like his policies, but contradictory to say he's not offering alternatives.
He is void of policy.
Its easy to prove, why don't you list them.

Bullshit..... Trump said "we're gonna go up there and fight!" to the crowd on Jan 6.
I'm kind of a stickler for quotation marks used in this context. Can you cite something where Trump was quoted as saying this exactly?
Thanks in advance.

Please share with us his policies?? Perhaps you are not familiar with how our Canadian government works. Maybe you only are listening to local talking heads i.e. FOX in the US?? Is it you are buying Trump's 51st state bullshit and now feel you know Canadians?

Does this post sound familiar?? Yes, it is your own coming back at you. ;)
I heard Poilievre speak on the housing shortage. I have heard him speak on productivity and encourage investment. He's not a fan of the growth of the Federal government. He wants to make it easier for the energy sector to produce gas and oil. All things that I think distinguish himself from Trudeau far beyond slogans and lip service.

It's not going to be easy and it won't happen overnight. I might be more optimist than many here, but Canada has some great natural and structural advantages.

Look people here have asked me about U.S. policy, if you're so smart what would you do differently? I give them specifics they don't want to hear and they either try to dismiss them or worse just ignore them.

PS- I think you were trying for something clever here with your post, but I think it might be wildly off track. To possibly make this type of post work, you have to cite the actual post of mine so there is the basis for context. Then we can decide if your post challenging my words actually makes a relevant point. Seriously, I don't know what your post refers to and how relevant it is to this discussion.

PeePee speaks about grievances, not solutions and not policies to deal with grievances.
That's the standard tactic by populists.

So tell me, how much does the Federal government have a say in housing in Canada?

Your incoming leader just said the US doesn't need Canada's gas, oil or natural gas so what is Pee Pee going to do???

PS....whenever anyone here brings up the nonsense that goes on in the US and the Republican party you bring up you're an American and you know best of the fine intricate goings on in comparison to a Canadian consuming MSM and spouting off. NOW you are backtracking and trying to deny the hypocrisy as you are now getting involved in Canadian politics?? Come on Wyatt, be honest and not try to gaslight us poor Canadians who need help from the big strong Americans. ;)

What a 🤡 Too much Kool Aid for you. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I am sane. Just like in Jonestown, it is the devotees/cultists who have had the Kool aid. trump is the new Jimmy Jones. He is the MAGA movement/ideology leader.

Drinking the Kool-Aid" is strongly believing in and accepting a deadly, deranged, or foolish ideology or concept based only upon the overpowering coaxing of another; the expression is also used to refer to a person who wrongly has faith in a possibly doomed or dangerous idea because of perceived potential high rewards. The phrase typically carries a negative connotation. It can also be used ironically or humorously to refer to accepting an idea or changing a preference due to popularity, peer pressure, or persuasion. In recent years, it has evolved further to mean extreme dedication to a cause or purpose, so extreme that one would "drink the Kool-Aid" and die for the cause.

While use of the phrase dates back to 1968 with the nonfiction book The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test,[citation needed] it is strongly associated with the events in Jonestown, Guyana, on November 18, 1978, in which over 900 members of the Peoples Temple movement died. The movement's leader, Jim Jones, called a mass meeting at the Jonestown pavilion after the murder of U.S. Congressman Leo Ryan and others in nearby Port Kaituma. Jones proposed "revolutionary suicide" by way of ingesting a powdered drink mix made from Flavor Aid (later misidentified as Kool-Aid) that was lethally laced with cyanide and other drugs.[1]

I can't stand Pee Pee but the reality is he will be the next PM. I can't stand Trumputin but the reality is he will be the POS POTUS as of Jan. 20 and hopefully he has a coronary in the first year so we don't have to worry about him not wanting to leave in 2028.
Ah yes...wishing death on someone you don't like. Just like a true "tolerant liberal".

Predictable leftist playbook.

Try rereading that thread on "how did Americans got stupid."
Nah...you can...to take your mind off Trump becoming president again.

Just because you don't like the outcome of an election doesn't mean you should call millions of Americans stupid.

Instead...look inward.

I already gave you the reasons for that.

You refuse to accept reality and you can only do what trump tells. "There are none so blind as those who refuse to see."

You are a true devotee.
