You're right. Fuck them. Homeless drug addicts don't matter anyway right?
Kind of reminds me when one of our progressive friends here said The U.S. doesn't have a fentanyl problem.

I remember when you got angry at me for mentioning trump post 2020 when you said that since he was no longer prez it was no longer appropriate to reference him, saying that he was irrelevant. You clearly were wrong then, as you are now.
You've brought this up a number of times now about my past assertion that Trump was irrelevant.

Now be balanced enough to say what my answer was...I know you know it.

Trump is obviously sticking it to Trudeau on his way out. Is it diplomatic? Is it a lot of machismo?

Listening to Trudeau for several years, I think we can fairly say he is a bit smarmy and condescending towards Trump. So what can you say about Trump, he's into payback. I guess the only way to make it stop is to get Trudeau out of there.
Trump always said Trudeau was two faced with him....

He's fucking with Trudeau. If you're upset about it, I'm sorry. A lot of TERB members don't seem to be bothered much by it.
He really is the troll king.
Though it looks more like senility than any kind of plan lately.

I think it's more than that. It's one thing to favor Harris last year, but you have to be an idiot to continue saying as such after the election.

Let's face it. Canada needs the U.S. more than the U.S. needs Canada. Trump is embarrassing Trudeau on the international stage. There is little Trudeau can do about it.

I'm not saying this is the best way to go about these things. However, the method to the madness might be a message to other leaders don't fuck with Trump and the wishes of American voters. That just seems to be common sense.

So saying Wayne Gretzky should run for PM and pushing Pee Pee aside is Trump showing a thumbs up to the next PM who happens to be Conservative? Wayne by the way is a retired over-the-hill hockey player instead of a saggy over the hill should be retired and never seen again Wrestler. Just so you stay on topic Wyatt.

Your pretense of calling me MAGA disqualifies your question....
Ory, if you lived in the US, I am betting you would have voted for Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024 and at some point be wearing a red Maga hat.

Can you honestly say I'm wrong?

Still got to power.
Especially at a time when people had lost their jobs.
I am not a Canadian, but I am a student of democratic politics. The 2021 snap election didn't really seem to come from a position of strength.
Or perhaps, Trudeau and the Liberals misread their strength and called the snap election. Trudeau did not really much improve the Liberals strength in Parliament.

Now correct me if I am wrong, if there was not an election in 2021 Parliament would have had to stand for a national vote no later than October 2024. So in retrospect, the 2021 snap election now appears to have been a futile attempt by Trudeau and the Liberals to hold on to power longer.

It was and he did think he would win more seats.
But the bottomline is that he still won and retained power for 4 more years.

I guess I don't understand this straw man maneuver. For the record, you brought up Hulk Hogan on this thread and now you're bringing up Wayne Gretzky. I suppose Trudeau and Gretzky are both prominent Canadians so we are getting closer to topic.

But wouldn't he have stayed in power until October 2024 without the 2021 election?
Didn't the October 2019 give him a five year term?
In retrospect, it seems like 2021 extended his term in office only a couple months.

Hmm.....is that statutory or by general practice?
I seem to remember there was once a five year gap in elections.
They passed an amendment to the Elections Act in '07 to have fixed election dates every 4 years.
Constitutionally it is a 5 year term.

3 out of 4 you are correct but trust me! It would be a very nice home with at least 4 car garage parking. I do have a few toys I need to take good care of.
