I think they should drop all the charges and let the family sue him in a wrongful death suit. I mean if it's OK to kill innocent customers then this is fine too! Money is the motivating factor here.
you do not think and that is the problem

it was a murder
murders get prosecuted

money is the motivating factor in a lot of crimes
criminals need to be prosecuted

in the company broke the law charge / prosecute them.... but you already admitted there was no crime and you blamed the corrupt govt
the same corrupt govt you want to provide health care to the public.. (this would be comical if not for the murder)

try logic instead of emotion , it will be much better for your blood pressure
and if you were to check the policy coverage vs the claims you are likely to feel quite foolish

HMOs have lawyers / risk management specialist / actuaries / medical doctors who review the policies before they are sold.
HMOs also have lawyers / risk management specialist / actuaries / medical doctors who review the contentious claims before they are adjudicate.
you are going to need more bullets to complete your crusade

I think the CEO's should just accept the fact these things happen and not worry about. Arrange for safe spaces, security guards, bullet proof briefcases. Run shooter drills in their offices. The 2nd amendment is way too important to let a few deaths get in the way.

I mean, that's what they tell schools, if children can handle this as a part of their day to day existence then surely these Adults can right? While get all worked up about it?

Why bother. Its a shooting on a street in the USA. Happens hundreds of times a day. It really isn't anything special. He is just some dude, who did bad business with the wrong dude. No different than some pimp robbing a John, or a contractor doing a shoddy job and running with the money. No doubt you have said yourself that bad business people will one day do it to the wrong person and it will be what they deserve.

He just happened to do it on a larger scale, and his suit cost more. As for his family they have millions. They can afford the therapy, and he should have thought about them before engaging in sleazy business. It's really as much on him as Marco.

Still at 10% of counties with only one. Many more with 2. Not alot of choice happening.

And I'm quite serious. My sympathy for sociopath CEO'S is zero. I will walk past their bodies just like their own shareholders did.
You are referring to Obamacare. The vast majority of Americans have employer insurance or Medicare.

Your rage is misplaced. Don't shoot anyone.

Ah. But there's the discrepancy in this particular situation.

I understand about the responsibility to the shareholders. But to fulfill that responsibility, he has to lie to the people who are paying for his company's services.

They are paying his company to look after their health. But to max out profits for the shareholders, he has to say to the customers, we now refuse to look after your health. That's being fraudulent.

Does that make any sense.
There is no discrepancy.

Nowhere has anyone proved that claims were denied in breach of the policy. No one has proven that the company lied.
Understandably, someone may think that is the case and if it indeed was, then it should be pursued legally.
A policy is a contract.
Is it the company's fault that someone doesn't know the details of the contract they agreed to then thinks they are being denied?

Do you know how many claims were submitted that were for things not covered in the policy?
What would you want a company to do if someone submits a claim for something that is not covered and paid for?

The only thing missing from your comments aside from sanity, is proof of wrongdoing on the CEO/company's part.

The number or percentage of denied claims is not proof of wrongdoing. If anything, it's proof of ineligible claims based on a policy.

Do you have any proof about negligence or wrongdoing on the CEO or company's part?

No you don't.

So without proof, you think it's fine to murder someone based on conjecture and biased assumptions?

You're truly are an idiot aren't you. They were denied healthcare for no reason at all. They didn't choose to die. Go have another abortion because that seems to be the only right a person can have to their own body.
They were denied health care because they chose to refuse the vaccine during a pandemic.
That's free choice, they chose death over free surgery rather than the vaccine.

No they were denied healthcare. Plain and simple. No law states you have to be vaccinated to get a transplant. Denying them healthcare for that reason is illegal. Only a liberal like you believe it's okay to kill a CEO but not a corrupt health official.

They had a choice and they made it.
During the start of the pandemic, before vaccines made it less dangerous, ICU's were filled with people near death.
Why should doctors treat people who won't take basic precautions for themselves and their community?

All they needed was a negative covid test. If you don't have covid then you can't spread it.

Did they have covid rapid tests at that time?
Why do you think they chose to die rather than get the vaccine?
They had the rapid tests before they had the vaccines. How else did we know we had covid. Get a clue before you post.

Whatever, she chose to die rather than get the vaccine.
The doctors prescribed the treatment that would give her the best chance at survival and she chose to die rather than take their advice.
Nobody forced her to fight it to the supreme court, that was her choice and she died because of it.

Lewis said taking the vaccine would offend her conscience and argued the requirement violated her Charter rights.

Do you a video or confession of him with his face showing committing a crime? Looks to me like the police may have planted evidence.

We shall see at trial. He has a wealthy family and good lawyers. Looking to be a humdinger of a trial!

Jury nullification.

That's insane.

I hope the law comes down very hard on the murderer to dissuade others from thinking it's okay and that they can get away with it.

Change the govt silly!

I believe in second chances. If the CEO's resign and repent, no need for more extreme actions.
its difficult to repent when you have been murdered

your views are so ridiculous that you must be trolling

i will just put you on ignore and be done with you

grow up

The covid vaccines doesn't give any a chance at survival if they're getting an organ transplant. The transplant does. Go take another booster.
