BTW, what does pumping iron for decades have to do with knowing how to actually fight? I'm saying this as an individual who can also be considered a gym rat but I am one who knows other forms of training must also be implemented for defense.

I just want the U.S. to annex Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and possibly the Yukon Territory. I'm not sure. I need to research the Yukon a bit more.
