Not all Muslin are extremists. It's just a fraction of them. Yet I can now say that most Muslin have absolutely no intention to integrate into our society. And will impose their culture and religion on us. It's the way they are. It took me many years to come up to that conclusion.
Not my experience. In my decades of living in Canada since I came here
as a visa student it is invariably Christians who approached me on the
mission to bring me into accepting Jesus as my personal savior. Muslims
don't care what I believe.
I don't disagree with you on the part of them having no intention to integrate.
Actually many of the older generation of minority immigrants, Muslims and
non-Muslims alike, are less than receptive if not hostile to local culture. It is
the younger ones they brought here who are more ready to Canadianize.
In Quebec we are trying to remove all religious symbols, prayers, etc... from public service and public areas. And we are targeted by the rest of Canada as racist...
It's a pity. We need to integrate immigrants into our culture, and our way of life. We need to stop being so nice.
Do they still sing the same anthem of Canada in Quebec with the
godly lyrics: '
God keep our land glorious and free!'? If yes then shame
on them to want to remove religion and prayers from the land of God.
