I was referring to the ones that were charged for obstruction (approx 350 people) not ones who assaulted people and participated in vandalism.

But why does it matter when Biden has pardoned his own son and set records for the amount of pardons given by a US president? Were they all angels?

Did they obstruct a government process or whatever?

You said they were unfairly charged, implying this is why they should be pardoned. I'm saying it was fair.
I believe they committed crimes VS the USA and deserve gaol. If BLM descended onto the floor of congress and stopped some bill from being voted on I would feel just as strongly they go to gaol.
