Elon Musk's companies have had a significant impact on several industries, including:

  • Transportation
Tesla's success has accelerated the transition to electric vehicles, influencing government policies and consumer preferences.

  • Space
SpaceX has revolutionized space launch economics, making satellite deployment more affordable and opening up new possibilities for space-based services. SpaceX has also sent astronauts to and from the International Space Station and is developing the Starship rocket, which could put American boots back on the moon.

  • Neurotechnology
Neuralink is a neurotechnology company co-founded by Musk in 2016.

  • Urban transportation
The Boring Company is a venture of Musk's that is pushing boundaries in urban transportation.

  • Online payments
Musk co-founded PayPal, an electronic payment firm, after merging X.com with Confinity in 2001

Now I'm sure you will find some kind of nuance with wording here...Let's see if I'm right.

No nuances.
Straight up facts.
- EVs have always existed and the first vehicles in 1895 were electric. EVs are still unafforable, are a minority of the market and Teslas are badly constructed vehicles.
- Reusuable launch vehicles have been around for over 50 years. I will give him credit for landing boosters back though.
- Neuralink has killed 100s of primates it was tested on. The 1 human it was tested on has not been heard from since. BCI technology research has existed since the 60s.
- Boring Company is a failed endeavour.
- Musk did not co-found Paypal.
There you go.
Nothing much there to put him in the league of Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg.

Musk is currently the frontman in shat will be the biggest transfer of power ever. While Musk is doing is show and grabbing the spotlight behind the scene other billionaires are working their ass off to take over the complete crypto platform.

Sure EVs existed 100 years ago...but no one for 100 years advocated that this will be the future of transportation.
- credit for boosters? LoL that was a game changer stop being dismissive...everybody thought of that but can't execute it the way he did.
- How is the Boring company a failed endeavour and still pretty much doing projects?
-I don't know much about co-founding paypal but he played a big rol on it's success...
Musk, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark don't mirror each others contribution to technology.

Stop lying to yourselves. Elon Musk is the most impressive man of this generation.

I don’t understand discounting one’s achievements if you don’t agree with their views. I think Bill Gates is a leftist piece of trash who is on Epsteins list but that doesn’t mean I don’t think his accomplishments are amazing and have changed how humanity operates.
Gates a leftist?? 🤣🤣 Gates is amazing because he fooled everyone thinking he is a leftist.

Gates is the ultimate right wing capitalist. He's the biggest shareholder of Canadian railway, biggest farmland owner in the US.

Gates, just like Jobs was, does not care much about politics as they knew money is power and money has no side.

EVs: There were plenty of EVs before Tesla and Tesla itself was founded by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning.
That said Teslas are badly constructed vehicles and are still unaffordable.
Boosters: I already gave credit for boosters so not sure where I was being dismissive. But the concept of reusable boosters isn't new. NASA recovered their boosters by parachuting them into the sea.
Boring Company: What projects are they doing?
They dug 2.4 miles of operational tunnels in 7 years lol and have now shelved that.
They are a failed endeavour.
Paypal - Its true he did not co-found it. He did not play a role in its success either. Infact it became successful after he was ousted.
He founded X.com. But investors replaced him with Intuit CEO Bill Harris.
X then merged with Confinity and the merger was called Paypal. Musk returned as CEO, but was ousted him because of his lack of knowledge of technology (yeah he is no engineer like he calls himself), and lack of a business model. He was replaced by Peter Thiel.
It was eventually bought out by eBay.

Sorry I call bullshit on your post.

And btw how many celebs did Harris pay for to make it appear they just supported her, blowing $1 billion in the process?
