These Israeli so called "Settlers" have forcefully taken over these homes from The Palestinians in The West Bank.... yes you heard me The West Bank and not Gaza.
They have burned down their houses and have killed at least 803 Palestinians.

Illegal Israeli settlers have attacked Palestinian towns in the northern occupied West Bank, vandalising and setting ablaze people's properties.
According to the official Palestinian news agency, Wafa, the settlers from the Yitzhar settlement attacked Huwara town, south of Nablus city, and burned a house and two cars on Wednesday.
It added that another group of illegal settlers attacked the Beit Furik town, east of Nablus, and also set fire to an under-construction house, a market and a car.
The news agency reported that the Civil Defence extinguished three fires caused by the settlers.
According to Palestinian sources, Israeli settlers staged nearly 1,500 attacks over the past years against Palestinians, their land, and properties across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

Israel’s brutal war
Data from Peace Now, an Israeli anti-settlement organisation, indicates that over half a million settlers reside illegally in 147 settlements and 224 outposts in the West Bank.
Tension has been running high in the occupied West Bank due to Israel’s brutal war on Gaza, which has killed over 44,500 people, mostly women and children.
At least 803 Palestinians have since been killed and over 6,450 others wounded by Israeli army fire in the occupied territory, according to the Health Ministry.
In July, the International Court of Justice issued a landmark advisory opinion that declared Israel's decades-long occupation of Palestinian land “illegal” and demanded the evacuation of all existing settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Listen to this typical Far Right Israeli dude and his shocking POV about the Palestinians:

Can anyone defend such individuals?

This has been happening for several decades.
It is illegal.
What is worse is in a recent video a guy from New York was telling a Palestinian lady that if he does not steal her house someone else will. lol.

Yes, it has been happening for decades:

But more recently they are allowed to act with some more brutal violence involving the killings of over 800 Palestinians ever since October 7th.

The extremists in the settler movement are a problem. Israel clears out some illegal settlements and does press some charges against violent settlers (up til now, they have faced the same administrative detention as Palestinians engaged in violence) but being a PR system, fringe parties like theirs can play an outsized role in governing coalitions.

There has also been 50 years of tit for tat violence. before Oct 7, the two big riots by settlers were in direct response to settler civilians being killed. Israel should be held accountable as the governing power in settlements but the PA needs to hold people accountable in areas they govern.

I'd like to see where you get that number from because I'm 98% sure that number is mostly made up of Palestinians fighters killed in battles with Israeli arrest teams or killed in strikes on know militant/terror cells. And as the occupying power, Israel is expected to enforce rule of law which means their refusal to try and arrest suspects would also be a dereliction.

I watched documentaries regarding the actual treatment of these Palestinian residents, and how they were actually beaten up and forced to evacuate their homes. Some dies from the trauma, while I could not believe how the police were standing by and watching the brutal violence. Then there were olive vineyards burnt to the ground as well, that was supposed to be a lifeline for these Palestinians. The link in Post #1 gives you an indication of that 803 number. I did not see any reference to them being mainly "militant / terror cells" as you alleged!!

As I said, that number is "At least 803 Palestinians have since been killed and over 6,450 others wounded by Israeli army fire in the occupied territory "(your link). It is an intentional conflation between Israeli forces fighting Palestinian gunmen with the Settlers. I am opposed to the settler movement but that figure is either propaganda or from people who choose not to see the difference between Israel and settlers.

Israel has had continual operations to arrest suspects in the West Bank which has resulted in some significant gun battles. Lately the scale of the fighting has had Israel target militant leaders with drones. You can argue that Israel isn't very selective as to who they try and take out but that is a completely different topic that Settler attacks.

Hopefully you will choose to use these sources to realize you have fallen for a narrative that distracts from the actual problems the violent settlers (and the violent Palestinians who attack Settlers) provide.

As far as my reading shows, the numbers of Palestinians killed in settler attacks in the last year is similar or lower than the number of Jews in the West Bank killed by Palestinian fighters and in the range of a dozen. According to UN numbers of Palestinians killed by settlers quoted by NPR, 16 in 2023 and either 4 or 10 so far in 2024. Israeli reports have 41 Israelis killed in Palestinian attacks in Israel and the West Bank since Oct 7 (I can't find a breakdown of how many were military vs civilian).

Two sides to every story. Even The UNICEF claimed that 143 children have been killed in the West Bank from October 7th to July, a spike of over 250 percent since the October 7th killings by Hamas. 440 Children have been injured. this is just children!!

The BBC stated that 607 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank upto August of this year. So, there is a credibility that overall 800 have since been killed.
But The illegal encroachment of Palestinian homes and properties in the West Bank is one of the root causes that need to be addressed. It was really upsetting to watch the documentaries where Palestinian homes were razed to the ground for these illegal settlements. There were acts of brutal beatings on The Palestinians that refused to leave. Why is Netanyahu just encouraging these settlers to carry out these acts while The police just are bystanders?

Still refusing to admit you are conflating deaths in military operations with Palestinians killed in settler attacks? Or are you just pulling a Franky and pretending all jews are 'settlers'?

I agree with you about the problem settlements cause but that doesn't change you are wrong about what you claimed and it doesn't change that while there are a few Palestinians killed by settler militants every year, there are also Israeli civilians killed by Palestinian militants who often do so because they have been fed generations of being told they can get rid of the Jewish presence.
