Istead of potatoes use celeriac, celery root, is very low in carbs and calories with tons of

Peel then

Most of the empty carbs and calories come from the pizza dough.

Use tortillas for a low carb and low calorie pizza.

I buy the large tortillas, they are good for one serving.
I enjoy sprouted spelt but have not tried them all.

The key is to brush tortilla with olive oil then bake until brown and hard then add toppings then bake some more

It is better than delivery as it is quick and cheaper and waaaaaay healthier than junk food pizza

Try roasted chickpeas instead of chips. Throw them on a baking sheet thirty minutes. Not only will they get super crisp, but you can add some spice or BBQ seasoning

I made this chicken meatball recipe today.
- Ground chicken.
- Dried parsley
- Italian seasoning
- Italian bread crumbs with romano cheese
- Grated parmesan
- Garlic minced
- Onion grated
- 1 or 2 eggs (optional)
- A little evoo.
- Salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne or paprika
Mix all and form balls, and place it in oven @400 for 25 to 30 mins.
It was great!

A healthy drink I make often when i lack time for cooking is my 'Gaspacho' drink soup.

I put in the blender celery, cucumbers , 1 or 2 red tomatoes, some salad, a bit of garlic and I blend that adding V8 to make it liquid. I spice it up with Tabaso and black pepper. Delicious and healthy drink 🥰
