Agreed. Hamas now has no allies, they are isolated from the world, are surrounded by the IDF and have lost about 85% (20 of 24 battalions) of their fighting force. They have every right to be panicking.
The odds are impossible. It's getting close to that time of year when they should be lighting some oil lamps and see how long they burn. It's gonna take a literal miracle from Allah for them to survive. Kind of like this:

Allies help each other in times of need and conflict. The world you speak of is doing nothing to help Gaza, especially with the conflict. They are not true allies. Israel and the US are true allies, proof of which is your constant whining about how the US helps Israel in many ways. That is what allies do.
Hamas' last 2 allies have abandoned them. Hezbollah reneged on their promise to fight in support of hamas, turned their backs on them and accepted a ceasefire. Great world ally, eh Geno? Iran has shown their vulnerability when Israel takes out the hezbollah leader in the heart of Tehran and they know that Israel can take out their facilities whenever they want, while the US keeps close eye on them. They sent 300 drones that Israel swatted away like flies. Iran is scared shitless.
