The perception of his invincibility is now shattered, and his legacy for many will now be that of a butcher, a racist, and a wanted criminal. He stands as the first and only leader of a Western-aligned nation to be charged with genocide—a precedent that hopefully opens the door for others to be held accountable. Whether he arrested or not, this has come farther than any time in history...history of hypocrisy and double standards. That, is a victory for many of the downtrodden.
The hypocrisy was evident again yesterday when the US vetoed the UN resolution calling for a cease fire in Gaza...shamelessly the only country to do so. What was once unthinkable happened all the Western nations in the Security Council voted for the cease fire...change is coming!
Credit is due to Africans, particularly South Africa, for bringing this issue to global attention. They argued and pushed for change, highlighting that the ICC had primarily targeted African leaders. Their stance made waves worldwide, with African nations threatening to withdraw from the ICC if justice wasn't applied universally.
As U.S. hegemony wanes, the Western double standards are being increasingly exposed. This moment will be remembered in history as one where Palestinians highlighted and challenged such hypocrisy.
Let’s not forget that leaders like Gandhi and Mandela, once labeled terrorists, are now celebrated as heroes of liberation...let's not rush to call everyone a terrorist, time redefines such labels.
We must continue to resist Zionist supremacy until true equality and justice prevail for all.
Next...Where are you George Bush and Tony Blair?
