Why would you wish for a democratically elected leader to be stopped from doing what the majority of the voting public elected him to do?

Or are you saying that Democratic governments who oppose Trump's policies will be declared "enemies of the state"?

Totally democratic.
Elections are not the end of government policy and struggles between different branches and levels government are built into and explicitly encouraged in the US Federal system.

And even if you don't believe that, is it your opinion that the less than half of the voting public (he didn't get a majority, as you know) who voted for him voted explicitly for the "use the military" policy?
Every Trump voter agrees 100 percent with Trump on every thing? (In other words, every accusation of all Trump voters being in a cult that does whatever Trump says is true?)

We've established that you are in favor of using the US military on American Citizens at least, since "whoever enables them are too".
Just trying to determine if this designation is only for lawbreaking related to immigration or if it is all violations of the law.

It's actually incredibly hard to charge someone with treason in the United States.
The definition is EXTREMELY narrow.
"Helping an illegal immigrant who has committed terrorism" wouldn't qualify under current interpretations.

But I see you've narrowed it down.
So the only illegal immigrants who are "enemies of the state" are ones who can be proven to have committed terrorism.
So that guy you asked if I would house, he wouldn't be one under your definition, right?
