No you are correct. You didn't call them criminals. But you implied they were somehow exploiting the system.
Like I said, if you don't like what they're selling, you can choose not to give them your money.

It was a few delivery drivers that pissed in bottles and not distribution center workers. I'm sure many couriers have done the same when trapped in traffic. But regardless, no one forces them to work there. It's their choice. They can leave any time they want.
If they haven't invested in themselves to build skills to be able to find other work, that's not a company's problem or responsibility. No one is owed a job.
A company doesn't exist to employ people. It exists to make money.
