I’ve accepted that Trump won. I don’t like it but that changes nothing.
Anyway…your response kinda proves my point: if the only reason someone votes for Trump is because their feelings have been hurt by mean things I and others like me may have said then it suggests that they don’t have much of an interest or understanding of the actual issues themselves. They are just sheep who are easily manipulated and probably shouldn’t be allowed to vote.
Anyway…I hope I don’t come across as mean or insensitive to your feelings. I feel through discussion I have gained a better understanding of your delicate sensibilities and I shall strive to respect them.
Some of them, for sure, will fit your description. But others may know exactly what he's doing, and why. For those folks, Trump is just an instrument, albeit an effective one. Like a wrecking ball.
