No. How is a guy supposed to get intimate with someone whose nails look like that? That's the only question that comes to mind when I see them...

They look dumb as all hell. The nails basically shout I don’t have a real job and all I can think of is how gross they must be under the nail.

Everyone should create their own personal style as they see fit. Having said that, a girl who goes to the gym and works out, plays sports and enjoys different outdoor activities who has short, unfinished, or very simply polished nails is far preferable.
