Long Nails

Decent size nails is fine, daggers are a no. French manis are nice but a 1/4 to 1/2" out from the actual finger is a nice length for them.
Makeup is fine, makeup like your auditioning for a circus, no.
Eye lash extensions where they're reaching out to touch the sky, no. None or even 1/4 of what they use today, cool.

Less is more, three words a lot of females to hear.
