This is an indictment of the Democratic Party, not Trump.

Trump voters voted against the things he mentioned.

Present day Democrats are the neocons that he's talking about in this video.

They're the party of war (Cheney says hi), of identity politics (pitting race, gender before all else to divide people), of corporate breaks, donors, kickbacks (why do you think Apple, Silicon Valley, and most of the other multinational corporations support Democrats?).

This anti-Trump tweet actually applies to Harris. The tweeter just doesn't understand the game and the players very well.

Liz Cheney definitely hurt Harris.

That is what the left wing said about a far right guy like Trump in 2016.
Until he won.
I consider the 'too far left' argument against Sanders to be bullshit.
The difference is that Trump isn't far-right and never has been. Common sense is considered far right.

Trump being far right is a silly media created myth. I remember when Joe Rogan was supposedly alt-right. Is that still a thing for the world's top podcaster, or did that fake label die a couple years back?

Trump is closer to an actual Democrat than any Democrat that has run for office for about 20 years. Trump is a less eloquent more brazen version of Bill Clinton.

Sanders is too far left in a traditional sense. He likes commie economic policies but I don't think he's a fan of the newer even more socially radical form of leftism that includes school girls sharing washrooms with naked men.

So he's not cool enough to clinch the blue-haired pansexual pronoun vote.

what's your cut off point for too far left ?

we will assume Stalin, Mao, Josip Tito and Pol Pot are well beyond your limit for too left and thus too loonie
seriously think of all the dead people you would need to step over

Castro, Hugo Chavez ?
still too extreme left for you ?

ok what about these 2 clowns are they too far left for you?
Jagmeet Sigh, or Justin Trudeau?

Tougher question
Name one that has successfully run a country ?

Bernie Sanders would have made a god awful mess

Trump's policies, protectionism, blood and soil nativism and white identity politics is very much far right.
Bernie's public healthcare, education, women's rights etc is hardly left.
He is a democratic socialist. Like a European democratic socialist.
That kind of leftism people can get behind.
The annoying woke BS by which left wing politics has come to be defined by today, is the one facing pushback.

Yeah Stalin or Castro would be a good cut off point for the far left.'
And one leftist country that is successful? China.

oh no
China ?
you missed the clue

20 to 50 million ( maybe more) dead Chinese murdered, starved or worked to death by their own leaders is not a success

i guess I naively assumed you would have contained your criteria to countries who permit human rights for their citizens
I figure that permitting human rights was a given if any rational person was seeking success
sadly not you

thanks for the warning

Nice pivot.
Ok. Human rights?
The US for example has killed millions the world over.
Runs a concentration camp.
Largest prison population.
Nothing to write home there either.

WTF????
you cant be serious
comparing the US to China on human rights
China murdered, starved or worked to death 20 to 50 million ( maybe more) of its own people
Don't like the leaders in the USA ? you get to voice your opinion via free speech and protests and / or vote them out of power
Don't like the rat bastard commie leaders in China ? if you voice your opinion via free speech and protests, your family gets an invoice for the state injected bullet that killed you

The USA has had to reluctantly act as the worlds policeman for 80 years , protecting hundreds of million from the evils of communism and dictators
including protecting you and your family

Largest prison population. ??
we will never know how many China or commie Russia detained
if it is less than the USA , its only because the rat bastard commies just murdered them instead of detaining them

the USA is not perfect , however comparing them to the evil communist regime of China is absurd and displays an amazing lack of self awareness of the rights and freedoms you have
