Narrow green wicks that wick right down to a point lower than they started are supposedly AI Algo induced FOMO type orders, then the market backs right off. Do you mean the $ 73,625 intraday high ( just short of 73,800 ATH zone) was not a coincidence ? :D

My prediction is that Trump will win. Bitcoin will shortly hit 80k and by the end of the year cross 100k. FOMO will set in and Bitcoin will continue to surge until late spring to summer before consolidating. Then it will do its final run and peak in October or November, crossing between 150 and 200k.

Trump looks strong. Ohio and Florida not even in contention this election. Bitcoin on the verge of new high. If he wins Pennsylvania it’s over, and Bitcoin rockets to 80k+

Trump has a 90% chance of winning, according to polymarket.

Bitcoin will definitely cross 80k in a few days

The Trump betting was -175 to +150 at the start of the day, now it's Trump -20,000 , Harris +2,000, DOGE up 20% , woo hoo !
Where the hell is everyone? No one seems excited 😆

Bad news is it looks like the Republicans will control the presidency, senate, and house. President Trump without guardrails. Don’t know if the country will survive.

it's been bullish since September....history rhyming with crypto as usual ...bears and skeptics in disbelief

yes, it will crash eventually (like the stock market) , but sucks to be you sidelined ...time IN the market, not TIMING the market

An interesting ideas will be buying the inverse of the Bitcoin ETFs on the way down, after Bitcoin peaks exactly one year from now. It’s much more certain that Bitcoin will fall back into a bear cycle. This will happen 99.9%. BTCZ , BITI BTCZ are good etfs to buy then.

This carries risks though:

best not to get greedy and buy leveraged ETFs on the way up or down. They carry high fees and a bad run will wipe out your investment.

If you want to double down on Bitcoin, Microstrategy ,MSTR is probably the best bet.

On the way down even a non leveraged inverse Bitcoin ETF such as BITI is not suitable, it seems it is for daily trading, and would not be suitable to capture the gradual decline of bitcoin into the bear market.

So ignore my post about buying inverse Bitcoin etfs. 😅

BTC is .01% off it's new ATH ( 75,410) and ETH is off let's say 46% off ATH ( $4,880), many large players the last few months have been dropping ETH and increasing their holdings of BTC. Or can one read it as, ETH will play catch up going forward ? Thoughts ?

Solana is the new ETH. The ETFs proved there was no demand for ETH. If all the other alt coins pumped, but not ETH I really don’t think it will in the future. Solana is a far better choice

I am quite satisfied that crypto is going sideways and stable after the past so many hours of parabolic, but I had guessed that Joe Retail would come in today with
their $ 100 Buy at the Market orders and take BTC up higher FOMO style. If you watch any BTC charts on a smaller time frame like 1 hour or less , the green candle wick is super super thin and before the hour candle is finished , the pro/or whale whacks BTC down further than where the rally had started. Most experts say Joe Retail got wiped out so many times playing high leverage, that he won't get sucked into coming back to the market until way later ? What's your guess guys ? 100k and up ?

yes. Retail wants nothing to do with crypto anymore after the last cycle

I remember that cycle vaguely, let's say Joe Retail buys $ 1,000 of BTC mid October 2021 @ $65,000, then that BTC cycle ends early from rising Fed rates or whatever when BTC is around $69k , peaks and then turns back and crashes and bottoms out with Terra/FTX collapse and BTC is around $16k, that would scare any rookie to leave the crypto market.  Imagine buying SOL at around $10 USD around year end, if only we all had that vision back then and the big cajones !

Bitcoin just broke 77k, will most likely hit 80k in s few days.

Global liquidity, led by China and the US.”, with trillions of new capital, as well as money pouring in from cash and safer assets, record etf inflows, retail fomo, hyped up by social media and influencers, and all fueled from the top by crypto friendly legislation from Trump and the now crypto friendly lawmakers will make this bullrun one of strongest, adjusted for risk.

We won’t see Bitcoin 5x like the early cycles, but a good 2-3x is definitely possible, and without all the crazy volatility and risk that came with the earlier cycles.
