I'm lame. I like utility companies like fts, cpx, or h. Quarterly dividends, and a slow but consistent growth. Who doesn't need electricity....
Not lame, conservative. Nothing wrong with being risk averse and careful with your hard earned moneyI'm lame. I like utility companies like fts, cpx, or h. Quarterly dividends, and a slow but consistent growth. Who doesn't need electricity....
I'm throwing a wild prediction that stocks will drop more than 25% within the next two years. If you are investing now you have really missed the boat since stocks are up massively during 2023-2024. Stocks usually go up too far on the upside , and down too far on the downside. There may be 5-10 percent more on the upside but I would bet there will be a 10-15 decline at sometime b4 the end of 2025.
If I was forced to invest now I prefer Canada [ for a change ] since it is not as overpriced based on historical valuation models . Buy XIU ETF / reits / strong dividend stocks to capitalize on declining interest rates.
It's already starting. Let's see how much Nvidia dropsI'm throwing a wild prediction that stocks will drop more than 25% within the next two years.
lol Is it? I haven't paid attention to anything on the news at all for a very long time, whether TV or online, no idea what's going on in the world. I'll hear about it through friends if I need to.It's already starting. Let's see how much Nvidia drops

Life is better without any of the three letters. CNN, CBC, CBS, FOX and ABC.
These are all medium and higher risk. Alot better returns, Argo is your best choice depending on how low you bought. Hive is good. It has real world use and works. How about Real Estate or Land?

I would try (wow) wownero, Dero, Radiant (RXD). All higer risk. Value ? They all privacy coins. Meaning the Block chain is not visible.
Solana for a better X then BTC but safe as can get. Monero is a 165 usd coin that real value is 10.000. But never seems to live up to the potential. But is used world wide . You can buy house in South America with XMR. You can Gamble , Escorts. All kinds of shit.
You can also do 100 or 200 or more but don't go crazy, Solana Memcoins lottery tickets.
Shiba is all built on hype, doge is as well but you have ppl building on the chain. And it was pumped By Elon the Clown Musk.
If you wish to know more about the coins I mentioned. I can send you a pdf via this site
Let me know
The problem is that real estate just doesn't cash flow at current prices. How about Real Estate or Land?
